Cuisine: Authentic North Indian (Punjabi) with many varieties Tandoor (B.B.Q.), also known as the Indian Clay Oven. Fish, Shellfish, Chicken and Lamb are marinated overnight in yoghurt and spices, and cooked on skewers in our Clay Oven. We also specialize in light curries, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Our kitchen is completely exposed to our clients in the restaurant, who can see the preparations by our master chefs from India and Kenya.
Haandi is a traditional cooking pot used in authentic cooking all over India. Our chefs place a lot of emphasis on fresh greens, herbs and ground spices.
